　　 及灰塵油污等外在環境影響及限制。
　•防震動、耐雜訊干擾、抗紅外線及 EMI 輻射等。
　•可以45°角反射量測狹窄空間無法直接量測之液位或高度。
　•可以檢測物體最小直徑為 1mm。
　•量測範圍：30 ~ 12000 mm。
